Technical Support Specialist – Elite Tier

About the role

Scaleway is expanding its Technical Account Management team to provide premium support for VIP customers. As an Elite Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for high‑value clients, translating their technical challenges into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between VIP clients and internal engineering, product, and support teams.
• Resolve complex technical incidents quickly, leveraging all available resources.
• Participate in on‑call rotations (3 × 8 h shifts over a 6‑week cycle, including nights and weekends).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and diagnostics.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on Scaleway’s cloud and AI services.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative, international environment.
• Ability to handle on‑call duties and work under pressure.
