Technical Sales Coordinator – Maritime & Offshore

About the role

Join Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore as a Technical Sales Coordinator, acting as the key interface between customers, technical teams and operational stakeholders to drive commercial opportunities in the maritime and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative aspects of sales opportunities and customer accounts, ensuring contractual deadlines are met.
• Maintain the Salesforce CRM, coordinate interactions between clients, technical teams and inspection centres, and prepare commercial proposals with technical experts.
• Develop reports, dashboards and key performance indicators, support continuous improvement of processes, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Analyze client needs, contribute to tailored solutions, build a prospect portfolio and participate in commercial and operational reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role, preferably within maritime, industrial or technical services.
• Fluent French and professional English, with strong organizational and proactive work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Ability to draft clear commercial proposals and technical offers.
