TEKsystems is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join its fast‑growing IT services team. You will act as the primary liaison for top IT talent, guiding candidates through the full recruitment cycle while aligning their career goals with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit high‑quality IT candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with consultants and match them to optimal opportunities.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations using TEKsystems’ screening process.
• Understand client business objectives, technical environments, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate compensation packages, including wages and benefits, to secure placements.

• Previous sales or recruiting experience (internships included).
