Technical Project Manager (F/H)

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager at Niji, you will act as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery teams, guiding digital projects from concept to production across web, mobile and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the privileged interface with the client, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Develop the project plan, lead and animate an agile team.
• Monitor and control project KPIs, financials, schedule, production progress, risk and software quality.
• Validate that developments meet the predefined functional specifications.
• Organise and facilitate regular project‑status meetings.
• Contribute to pre‑sales dossiers by providing technical and functional expertise and defining engagement scopes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Project Manager in web and/or mobile application projects.
• Passion for digital projects and strong grasp of agile project management.
• Adaptable, rigorous, reactive with a solid ability to synthesize information.
• Regularly follows technology trends to stay up‑to‑date.
