Technical Lead - Agentic AI

About the role

Nagarro, a digital product engineering company with more than 18,000 experts across 39 countries, is looking for a Technical Lead for an embedded squad building reusable and interoperable AI agents across multiple consumer touchpoints (owned sites, chatbots, ChatGPT and retailer apps). The role drives technical architecture, agent orchestration and integration across enterprise ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, distributed engineering teams in delivering production-grade GenAI services.
• Define and drive agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration and knowledge graphs.
• Navigate and leverage the existing ecosystem (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce).
• Work closely with the Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams, using their AI/ML and computer vision expertise to make the right architectural choices.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical constraints, including GCP cloud architecture, Google ADK/Vertex AI, security and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration and knowledge graphs.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
• Strong background in building and running productised GenAI services.
