Technical Field Trainer AI

About the role

As a Technical Field Trainer AI you will own the design and delivery of hands‑on trainings, workshops and bootcamps focused on Large Language Models, generative AI and modern AI application development. You will act as the bridge between cutting‑edge AI technology and the engineers, architects, sales and business teams that need to apply it in their daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led bootcamps, technical workshops and lab sessions for partner organisations.
• Design curricula for diverse audiences, including developers, solution architects, technical consultants, sales teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead practical implementation exercises and troubleshoot participant issues in real time.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business‑relevant use cases that drive adoption.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality delivery across global regions and support scalable training deployment models.
• Represent the organisation professionally with enterprise and strategic partner audiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical training, developer education, software development or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to make advanced AI topics accessible to varied audiences and to manage live training environments.
• Strong executive presence and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
