Technical Customer Support Specialist (EU Timezone)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers via chat and email. You will troubleshoot technical issues, answer inquiries, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, including HTML/CSS related issues.
• Document interactions and solutions in our support system.
• Collaborate with teammates and occasionally work from our Nantes office.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Fluency in a second language (French preferred, German, Dutch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of basic tech concepts such as HTML and CSS.
• Empathetic, kind, and strong active‑listening skills.
• Located within an EU timezone; immediate availability is a plus.
