Technical Coordinator (CDI) - Customer Relations Department

About the role

Rehlko, a global leader in energy resilience with products such as engines, generators, UPS systems and EV components, is looking for a technical coordinator (H/F) within its customer relations department in Cholet. The role manages a team of intervention technicians and oversees technical intervention processes in France and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of intervention technicians and support them technically
• Pilot and optimise all technical intervention processes in France and abroad
• Manage internal and external resources and anticipate intervention needs
• Improve operational performance (costs, deadlines, quality) through standard operating procedures and reliable KPIs
• Make decisions on the organisation of intervention technicians and align the team with customer service objectives
• Act as the link between customers, subcontractors and internal services

Required profile

• Significant experience of at least 5 years in electrical engineering, with successful management experience
• Ideally a technical degree in electricity
• Operational leadership, ability to decide autonomously and commercial sense
• Fluent English
