Tech & Product Recruiter

About the role

Malt is scaling its technology and product teams and needs a senior recruiter who can partner directly with the CTO, CPO and senior leadership. You will design and execute hiring strategies that keep talent density high while accelerating growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with C‑level stakeholders to translate business goals into hiring priorities and refine role scopes.
• Lead high‑stakes searches for senior, staff and principal positions, building and nurturing pipelines in competitive markets.
• Drive structured evaluation and calibration processes to enable data‑informed hiring decisions.
• Continuously improve recruiting tools, workflows and automation (e.g., Lever) to boost velocity and visibility.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership, identifying friction points and balancing speed with talent quality and diversity.
• Act as a trusted partner on org‑design, ensuring each hire supports long‑term organizational health.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on tech and product roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, senior‑level searches and build strong pipelines.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
