Tech Lead – Platform

About the role

Pelico is looking for a senior Tech Lead to own and ship a core platform capability that powers its AI‑native manufacturing orchestration platform. You will lead a squad, define the roadmap, and ensure the platform scales for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of a platform capability, from design to production.
• Define and maintain the roadmap, contracts, adoption metrics and deprecation policy for the capability.
• Write load‑bearing code, conduct architectural reviews and ensure quality gates for agent‑authored code.
• Translate recurring customer patterns into reusable platform features.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping production platforms or frameworks that other engineers rely on.
• Deep hands‑on coding experience in Kotlin/Java (or fast learner) and familiarity with TypeScript/React.
• Strong API/SPI design judgment with performance and correctness at scale.
• Experience leading senior engineers by example.
