Team Lead, B2C Leasing

About the role

The Team Lead, B2C Leasing will manage the centralised leasing team, ensuring every lead progresses smoothly from enquiry to signed lease. You will translate strategy into daily execution, maintaining high standards of detail and productivity across the leasing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a B2C leasing team of up to 8 people, setting daily and weekly targets and coaching staff on the floor.
• Own the productivity and conversion metrics, monitoring activity levels, KPIs and adjusting resources to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead data, pricing, tenancy documentation and CRM records, ensuring a clean pipeline and reliable forecasting.
• Oversee move‑ins, move‑outs, renewals and notices to vacate, delivering a seamless resident experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a sales, leasing or customer‑service team in real estate, student housing, hospitality or a high‑volume environment.
• Track record of hitting conversion, occupancy or sales targets and managing a full leasing funnel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and seasonal peaks.
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Yardi or Salesforce.
• Data‑driven approach: comfortable working from KPIs, reports and detailed pipeline metrics.
