Teacher in Industrial Sciences & Technology (SII) – Cléon-d'Andran / Montélimar

About the role

The Grenoble academy seeks a qualified teacher to deliver Industrial Sciences and Technology (SII) lessons to middle‑school students at Collège Olivier de Serres in Cléon‑d'Andran and Collège Alain Borne in Montélimar. The position is a full‑time fixed‑term contract (18 hours per week) running until 31 / 08 / 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology curricula for grades 5 to 3, covering scientific and technological methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, assess student competencies, and provide feedback.
• Promote the values of the Republic and support students in achieving academic success.
• Ensure safety during practical sessions and manage classroom dynamics.

Required profile

• Licence level education or higher with knowledge in at least one of the following fields: mechanical, construction, electrical, or computer engineering.
• Strong communication skills in French; good command of English is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to new situations, and collaborate within a team.
• Patience, openness, and a genuine desire to transmit knowledge.
