Talent Associate Internship

About the role

Join Alan’s Talent team as a Talent Associate Intern and help shape the future of preventive health insurance. You will work closely with recruiters and operational teams to build and maintain high‑quality talent pools across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of recruitment needs for tech, product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Identify, source, and qualify candidate profiles to enrich talent pools using Alan’s extensive candidate database.
• Design and execute activation campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, sequencing, and impact measurement.
• Analyze talent pipeline quality through reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Talent Analytics team.
• Partner with recruiters and operational communities to streamline recruitment processes.
• Propose, test, and scale new ideas to continuously improve talent pooling strategies.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with routine tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
