SVP of Sales – EMEA (Senior Leadership)

About the role

Skeleton is seeking a driven Senior Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region to accelerate growth of its high‑power energy storage solutions. You will lead a European commercial organization, directly managing regional sales managers and market leads while owning the pipeline and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own EMEA revenue and order‑intake targets.
• Lead, develop, and scale a team of sales managers and market leads across the region.
• Build and execute territory and account strategies, including outreach plans with clear messaging and milestones.
• Drive new‑business generation with a hunter mentality while expanding existing accounts.
• Shield the sales team from distractions to maintain focus on selling.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align commercial direction.

Required profile

• Proven track record building and leading B2B sales organisations, preferably through a scale‑up phase.
• Experience in a hardware‑oriented technology company is a strong plus; software backgrounds are also welcome.
• Hands‑on leader who can coach in the field and close deals.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with thin structures.
• Ability to read term sheets, spot problematic clauses, and make commercial decisions.
• Established relationships with transmission/distribution system operators, data‑center, or defense customers.
• Understanding of energy‑storage and power‑electronics principles or the ability to quickly acquire them.
