Support Technique Green/Cabin FAL A350 (F/H)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for the Green/Cabin FAL of the A350 program. Based in Toulouse, you will join the Manufacturing Engineering department and work directly with the A350 production line, providing daily assistance to resolve production issues and ensure compliant repair processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage non‑conformities, assistance requests, and deviation approvals.
• Track and escalate open issues, update ACPNG comments, and maintain Tandem records.
• Conduct technical investigations on blocking points, missing parts, and their impact on production.
• Apply Manufacturing Engineering processes such as Parachevement, LNC/RRA, RVP, mobile element security, and Flashpost.
• Create and document corrective repair instructions (S03, S99) in response to non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Experience in a production environment, preferably aerospace.
• Ability to work alternating day/night shifts on a weekly basis.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate technical problems.

Required skills

• Manufacturing Engineering process knowledge (Parachevement, LNC/RRA, RVP, Flashpost).
• Non‑conformance management.
• Technical investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Creation of repair instructions and documentation (S03, S99).
