Support Technique CUP FAL A350 (F/H)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Support Technique CUP FAL A350 (F/H) to join its Manufacturing Engineering department in Toulouse, France. The role works directly with the A350 production line, providing daily technical support to address production variances and delivering compliant repair sequences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage non‑conformities, assistance requests and deviations.
• Track and escalate open issues, update ACPNG comments and coordinate tandem actions.
• Conduct technical investigations on blocking points, missing parts and their impact.
• Apply Manufacturing Engineering processes such as Parachevement, LNC/RRA, RVP, mobile‑element security, consignment and Flashpost.
• Create corrective repair sequences and author S03/S99 documentation.
• Support production teams in understanding and implementing technical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical field.
• Ability to work alternating day/night shifts on a weekly rotation.
• Familiarity with aerospace production environments, preferably A350.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting production issues.

Required skills

• Manufacturing Engineering processes (Parachevement, LNC/RRA, RVP, Flashpost).
• Repair sequence creation and documentation (S03, S99).
• Non‑conformity and deviation management.
• Technical investigation of production blockages.
