Supply Officer Standard Parts, Chemical & Platforms

About the role

The Supply Officer for Standard Parts, Chemical & Platforms ensures continuous availability of critical materials for Airbus Helicopters. You will lead proactive planning, rapid procurement and supplier coordination to support production and program requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the material spectrum to guarantee coverage and constant availability.
• Execute fast‑track and immediate procurement actions for new and existing components.
• Coordinate with strategic purchasing, quality, logistics, engineering and production during component introductions.
• Manage supplier relationships, including capacity checks, catch‑up plans, delivery negotiations and improvement measures.
• Resolve quality issues, oversee shelf‑life revalidation and handle typical procurement problems such as overdue invoices.
• Support supply‑chain projects aimed at reducing lead times and costs, and improve KPIs like on‑time delivery and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, preferably with additional qualification as a technician or business economist.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and familiarity with supply‑chain processes.
• Fluent in English, German and French.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, assertiveness and willingness to travel.
