Supply Chain & Quality Specialist (SCQS)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Specialist (f/m) to join the PIMSY HW Systems team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Supplier Management & Quality solutions, acting as an operational supplier interface to secure On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as operational supplier interface, assessing and selecting vendors during tendering phases.
• Manage contract quality, lead time, and supply chain performance, including quality approvals.
• Lead new product introductions, transfers of work, and industrial changes to reach maturity.
• Assess supplier capacity, identify industrial risks, and establish short‑term recovery plans.
• Handle complex quality events and support SCQM on audits, lean practices, and qualifications.

Required profile

• Background in engineering, quality, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier evaluation, qualification, and industrial performance development.
• Strong expertise in supplier risk mitigation, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in team leading is a plus.
• Advanced level in English and French.
