About the role

ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Specialist to join its Quality Directorate. The role focuses on ensuring purchased products meet ATR standards and on resolving supplier‑related non‑conformities that affect the Final Assembly Line.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage supplier‑escapes detected at the Final Assembly Line (0‑hour issues), including notification, containment, root‑cause analysis and follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Serve as the quality focal point for supplier‑related product non‑conformities impacting the assembly line.
  • Review daily supplier 0‑hour reports and define appropriate dispositions.
  • Drive and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) to ensure effectiveness and non‑recurrence.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance using KPIs such as Item Escape Rate and Recurrence Rate.
  • Organise and lead supplier quality and performance review meetings.
  • Support Procurement and Supply Chain teams with quality input during quotation and technical assessments.
  • Analyse quality failures, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by optimising processes, raising quality standards and reducing non‑quality costs.
  • Provide accurate quality reporting and escalate risks when necessary.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations or a related technical discipline.
  • Solid experience in supplier quality management within an aerospace environment (Part 21G).
  • Proven expertise in quality tools and root‑cause analysis methodologies.
  • Practical knowledge of continuous‑improvement methods (PDCA).
  • Strong technical understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes.
