Supply Chain & Quality Manager (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Supply Chain & Quality Manager to join its Customer Services department in Toulouse. You will work within a dedicated team to enhance supply‑chain performance for aftermarket operations and ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliveries to airline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor and improve supplier supply‑chain and quality performance.
• Manage supplier quality approvals and maintain continuous compliance with aerospace regulations.
• Identify industrial risks linked to suppliers and implement mitigation actions.
• Lead supplier recovery plans and performance‑improvement projects.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supply‑chain and quality issues with operational teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in supply‑chain, procurement, engineering or logistics.
• Proven track record in leading performance‑improvement projects and supplier development.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations and supplier surveillance methods.
• Solid understanding of airline operations and customer support activities.
• Negotiation‑level proficiency in English.
