About the role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor (F/H) to lead our manufacturing floor. In this role you will oversee a team of approximately 20 operators and technicians, ensuring daily production is planned and executed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and support a team of around 20 operators and technicians.
- Plan and organise daily production activities based on priorities, volumes and available resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure that work is carried out safely and in compliance with quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising production or manufacturing teams.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Leadership skills with the capacity to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
