About the role

Iziwork, the leading digital temporary‑employment agency, is seeking a Truck Supervisor (Superviseur Camionnage) for a client that is a major road freight carrier. The position is based in Villeurbanne (Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes) and involves overseeing loading operations, route planning and related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Control the quality and optimisation of dock loadings without performing manual handling (approximately 45% of time).
• Supervise truck routes using the company’s IT system (about 15%).
• Carry out administrative duties linked to trucking activities (around 40%).
• Work daytime shifts, adhering to a 35‑hour weekly schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics, transport or a related field.
• No specific certificates required.

• Base salary of €1,900 – €2,000 per month.
