About the role

As a Strategic Operations Project Manager & Analyst at Qonto, you will drive the execution of our most complex cross‑functional initiatives. You will combine project leadership with rigorous analysis to turn ambiguous briefs into operational excellence, ensuring each project is delivered with evidence‑based outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cross‑factory operations projects, from governance setup to BAU handover.
• Define problem statements, scope, success metrics, timelines and dependencies before work begins.
• Maintain senior stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies and resolve friction without formal authority.
• Contribute to strategic assessments by sizing opportunities, building business cases and supporting leadership decisions.
• Instrument and track project performance, feeding data into shared performance cycles across factories.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑team projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and influencing without direct authority.
