Strategic Account Manager – Healthcare AI

About the role

We are looking for our first Strategic Account Manager to lead customer satisfaction, retention and expansion for our AI‑driven voice platform used by health centres, hospitals and private practices. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from onboarding through to measurable success.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients during onboarding, deployment and ongoing use of our AI voice solution.
• Build trusted relationships with medical secretaries, centre managers and leadership teams.
• Monitor adoption, usage and impact metrics, ensuring 100 % renewal and high CSAT scores.
• Identify pain points, propose upsell or expansion opportunities and communicate feedback to product and sales teams.
• Contribute to the development of a client‑success playbook, including onboarding, QBRs and alerting processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or consulting.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Fluent French and good written and spoken English.
