Store Manager – Retail Operations in Paris

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its Paris flagship. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering sales performance, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing sales initiatives and maximizing sell‑out.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Control costs and oversee store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs, run performance reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Support team training, share product knowledge and ensure continuous development.
• Recruit, onboard and retain high‑calibre team members passionate about denim.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience handling store operations, stock and administrative duties.
