Stock Assistant – Retail Logistics (Paris)

About the role
The Stock Assistant will support the Stock Manager in managing the flow of goods within the warehouse and store, ensuring proper rotation, safety, and availability of luxury products for sales. This position plays a key part in maintaining efficient inventory processes and supporting the sales team to maximize performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Prepare products for the sales floor and special areas, ensuring safety and proper handling.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse following corporate standards.
- Handle returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
- Provide packaging material orders based on store needs.
Required profile
- Solid experience in a similar stock or warehouse role.
- Preferably experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong affinity for luxury products and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
