Stock Assistant – Luxury Retail Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Assistant to join our Paris store and warehouse team. The role ensures smooth rotation of merchandise, supports the Stock Manager and assists the sales staff to maximise sales in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process daily goods deliveries following corporate procedures.
• Prepare and organise merchandise for the sales floor, special areas and e‑commerce orders.
• Maintain product safety and security throughout handling.
• Track product flow and inventory movements using the SAP system.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and compliant with corporate standards.
• Handle returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
• Order packaging materials according to store needs.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a similar stock or warehouse role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong affinity for luxury products and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory management.
