Stock Assistant – Luxury Retail (Paris)

About the role
The Stock Assistant supports the Stock Manager in maintaining optimal product rotation and availability across the Paris store and warehouse. Working in a luxury environment, you will ensure that merchandise is handled safely, accurately, and ready for the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Prepare products for the sales floor, special areas, shop‑to‑shop transfers, returns and e‑commerce deliveries.
- Maintain product safety and security throughout handling processes.
- Track product flow using the SAP system and keep the warehouse organized to corporate standards.
- Provide packaging material orders based on store needs.
Required profile
- Solid experience in a similar stock or warehouse role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong affinity for luxury products and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
