Stock Assistant – Bags (Paris)

About the role

The Stock Assistant for Bags will ensure smooth rotation and handling of luxury bag merchandise in the Paris store and warehouse. Working closely with the Stock Manager, you will support daily operations, maintain product safety, and help the sales team maximize sales through efficient stock management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor or special areas.
• Maintain product safety and secure valuable materials throughout handling processes.
• Track product flow using the SAP system to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and compliant with corporate standards.
• Process returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
• Supply packaging materials based on store needs.

Required profile

• Previous solid experience in a similar stock or inventory role.
• Ideally experience in the luxury retail sector.
• High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• SAP inventory management system.
