Sr. Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Constructor.io is looking for a senior Customer Success Manager who speaks French to own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from kickoff to ongoing value realization. You will partner with some of the world’s largest retailers, helping them boost revenue through better product search and discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer lifecycle: project kickoff, launch, adoption, and continuous value delivery.
• Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations, engaging with engineers, data teams, product leaders, and C‑level executives.
• Translate technical concepts and performance data into clear business outcomes such as conversion, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that highlight measurable impact and drive strategic conversations.
• Identify risks, blockers, and changing requirements, and proactively address them to ensure customer success.

Required profile

• Proven experience interacting directly with customers and acting as the face of the company.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑triage skills and ability to prioritize critical issues.
• Passion for seeing customers succeed and delight in delivering measurable value.
• Curiosity to work alongside data scientists, algorithm experts, and engineers.
• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
