About the role

We are looking for a Supply Specialist to manage the procurement of aerospace components for a prestigious client in Saint‑Nazaire. You will work closely with a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring optimal stock levels and seamless coordination between production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize inventory levels for aerospace parts.
• Create and monitor purchase orders with suppliers.
• Analyze and secure forecasts sent to suppliers.
• Handle missing parts and communicate with production teams.
• Execute internal stock transfers between warehouses.
• Manage store and invoicing disputes.
• Address urgent issues and escalations.
• Participate in supplier and client meetings.
• Configure and analyze articles in SAP.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 level in English and French.
• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3).
• Customer‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
