Solutions Architect – Business Planning Platform

About the role

Pigment is looking for a Solutions Architect to help customers transform spreadsheets and legacy solutions into sophisticated, multi‑dimensional business planning models. You will work closely with clients in Paris and across Europe, ensuring they become self‑sufficient on Pigment’s AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, then design and build Pigment applications that meet those needs.
• Train and co‑create with customers to enable independent use of the solution.
• Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
• Integrate source systems using connectors and APIs, handling data migration and validation.
• Act as the liaison between customer stakeholders and Pigment’s product team to drive platform enhancements.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to refine methodology and processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort working with large volumes of unstructured data and structuring it for analysis.
• Quick learner of new business domains and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinker thriving in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Adaptable to rapid product changes and capable of responding to evolving customer needs.
• Experience delivering results with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
