Software Engineer – T-Shaped (f/m/x)

About the role

We are LOX Solutions, a digital‑venture studio building lasting products with partners who value real impact. We are looking for a T‑shaped Software Engineer who can dive deep into architecture while connecting product, design and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software solutions that turn vague ideas into working products.
• Shape product vision and translate it into technical reality, defining architectures that support rapid iteration and long‑term resilience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including designers, business stakeholders and AI specialists—to balance user value, speed and scalability.
• Make technology choices that move ventures forward and address emerging opportunities, even beyond the current roadmap.

Required profile

• A mindset that bridges technology and business without being confined to a single silo.
• Comfort with both deep technical problem‑solving and high‑level product strategy.
• Ability to discuss, align and deliver solutions collaboratively.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full autonomy based on delivery, with no bureaucracy or drama.
• Honesty, trust and real impact in a team of other T‑shaped professionals.
• Freedom to work on anything that moves the needle, not just items on a predefined roadmap.
