Software Engineer - Infrastructure

About the role

This position is for a Software Engineer focused on Infrastructure, based in France and working in a fully remote, collaborative environment. You will help build and scale an internal platform that enables engineering teams to deliver software quickly, reliably, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, operate, and continuously improve a scalable infrastructure platform supporting CI/CD pipelines and software delivery workflows.
• Build and maintain reliable artifact delivery systems to ensure consistent software releases.
• Optimize high‑volume CI infrastructure to increase engineering throughput while reducing operational overhead.
• Manage and enhance Kubernetes‑based infrastructure, cloud environments, and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide platform capabilities, technical guidance, and best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and engineering workflows.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and long‑term platform strategies.
• Document standards, share knowledge, and promote continuous improvement across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, operating, and scaling production infrastructure platforms.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Practical experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience managing large‑scale CI/CD platforms using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, etc.).
