Software Engineer – Alan Precision

About the role

Alan is building a preventive‑health platform called Alan Precision that combines biology, wearables, medical history and lifestyle data to deliver AI‑driven, physician‑supervised health protocols. As a Software Engineer you will join a lean 0‑to‑1 crew inside a fast‑growing European unicorn and help turn complex, multi‑source health data into actionable recommendations for millions of members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features across the Alan Precision product suite.
• Implement AI/ML pipelines that ingest and analyse data from wearables, medical records and user inputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, physicians and product teams to translate health insights into personalized protocols.
• Iterate on prototypes, run experiments and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with health‑data security and privacy standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a full‑stack engineer in fast‑moving environments.
• Passion for applying technology to health and prevention.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development (frontend and backend).
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts.
