Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Farmina Pet Foods is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media & Community Manager to boost its brand presence in France. You will own the social channels, craft engaging digital content, and foster meaningful interactions with pet parents, professionals, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create high‑quality copy, visuals and short‑form video aligned with Farmina’s brand values.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent, relevant posting.
• Engage the community by responding to comments, messages and nurturing conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and external partners to align campaigns and messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights and optimise content for reach and engagement.
• Identify trends, influencers and partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Support product launches and campaigns through creative digital execution.
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers and content creators when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or community management.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and content formats.
• Proven ability to grow and engage online communities.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
