Site Process Expert – EU Process Excellence

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Site Process Expert to join the EU Process Excellence (EUSC PE) team at one of its Sortation Centres. This field‑on‑site position works closely with the SC Senior Leadership Team to drive process stabilization, standardisation and continuous improvement across the EU network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities using Back to Basics (B2B) methodology, focusing on the bottom‑50% processes.
• Develop and execute improvement action plans in partnership with local Operations Management, following standard templates.
• Monitor and analyse process performance data, present findings in daily dive‑deep meetings and translate insights into tangible improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Core Process Experts, Change Managers, Engineering, Reliability & Maintenance and other cross‑functional teams to align resources and drive EU‑wide initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with initiatives within agreed timelines and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ownership of process improvement projects and ability to influence results.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Willingness to learn Lean Six Sigma tools and progress toward Green/Yellow Belt certification.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse operational teams.
