Site Manager – Renewable Energy (South France)

About the role

As a Site Manager for Nadara, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of four wind‑farm power plants in South France. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead the Asset Management Team on‑site, ensuring that each turbine delivers optimal performance while adhering to the highest health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of 4 wind farms (5‑6 turbines each).
• Manage contractors to execute planned and corrective maintenance within agreed time, quality and cost parameters.
• Conduct regular HSQE audits, inspections and incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead emergency preparedness exercises and maintain up‑to‑date emergency plans.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement to maximize energy generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wind‑farm or renewable‑energy site management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple contractors.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
