Site Manager – Photovoltaic Construction Projects

About the role

Greenvolt Next France is looking for a Site Manager to lead the execution of decentralized photovoltaic (PV) energy projects. You will ensure that each installation is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on‑site construction activities for PV installations, including structures, modules, inverters, and cabling.
• Support business development by providing technical input for proposals and licensing documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, review technical designs, and adapt plans to on‑site conditions.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, resolve technical issues, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare weekly activity and progress reports and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Assist in the commissioning phase and support the transition to operation and maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing photovoltaic or renewable‑energy construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and licensing processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for on‑site technical challenges.
