Site Manager – Data Centre Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on large‑scale data centre fit‑out projects across Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing all site activities from early works through final handover, ensuring safe, on‑time, and high‑quality delivery in mission‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required specifications.
• Oversee fit‑out installations including ceilings, walls, raised access floors and HVAC systems.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce strong EHS standards.
• Track progress using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, logistics, engineering and project teams.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to keep the programme on track.
• Support reporting and communication with project leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Experience in data centres or other mission‑critical environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA/QC and site coordination processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with digital site tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud is beneficial.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• High mobility and willingness to work across European sites.
