Service Technician

About the role

Unox, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is seeking a Service Technician to join its Service Team. The successful candidate will travel across the Paris region to install, maintain and repair Unox equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance and functionality testing of Unox ovens and related equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues on‑site and implement the most appropriate solutions.
• Provide training to customers on correct use and operation of the equipment.
• Prepare detailed service reports after each visit.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the electromechanical industry.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % of working time across France.
