SEO & AI Content Specialist

About the role

Pennylane is looking for an SEO & AI Content Specialist to work closely with the SEO Manager and the Growth team. You will create, improve and scale high‑quality, AI‑enhanced content that drives non‑branded organic traffic and conversions while ensuring editorial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑powered content workflows, including briefs, templates and quality checklists.
• Produce and optimise SEO assets such as articles, pillar pages and landing pages.
• Run continuous optimisation initiatives: content refreshes, internal linking and on‑page improvements.
• Develop and test GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for emerging AI search journeys.
• Monitor performance metrics (visibility, rankings, clicks, CTR, traffic, conversions) and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in SEO with demonstrable published content.
• Fluent French writing and editing skills plus professional proficiency in English.
• Data‑driven mindset: formulate hypotheses, run experiments and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily and eager to deepen that practice.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
