Senior Tech Recruiter

About the role

Pennylane is rapidly scaling and needs a senior tech recruiter to support its growth across Europe through 2026 and beyond. You will join a dedicated Tech, Data and Security Talent Acquisition team and act as a strategic partner to engineering hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering roles across Europe, including backend, frontend, full‑stack, DevOps, and engineering managers.
• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers, delivering market intelligence, data‑driven forecasts and predictive reporting.
• Leverage AI tools (Ashby, HireSweet, Notion AI, etc.) for sourcing, screening and automating recruitment stages.
• Build and nurture talent pools, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and continuously improve processes, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of tech recruitment experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Fluent in French and English, comfortable conducting interviews in both languages.
• Highly data‑driven, able to track metrics and influence hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby.
• Proficiency in using AI‑driven recruitment tools and automation agents.
