Senior Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Tech) to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and commercial functions in a fast‑scaling startup. Operating in a remote‑first environment, you will partner directly with founders and leadership to shape hiring standards and build a sustainable talent engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product, design, sales, GTM, and customer‑success roles.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines, treating candidates as strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and refine hiring briefs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies beyond job boards to engage passive candidates across European tech and SaaS markets.
• Track recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, time‑to‑hire, and funnel health.
• Design, automate, and continuously improve hiring workflows for scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure a fast, structured, and candidate‑respectful interview process while maintaining high hiring standards.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to European tech hiring.
• Proven success hiring for early‑stage startups (Seed or Series A) in fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environments.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for technical roles and fluency with software development stacks.
• Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions.
• Background in SaaS or AI‑driven startups and familiarity with competitive talent markets.
