About the role

Reporting to the Communications Director, the Senior Social Media Manager will define and lead a global social media strategy that drives brand desirability, audience growth, and engagement across all platforms. The role transforms social media into a core brand‑building and business‑driving channel while ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a holistic global social media strategy across owned, paid, and earned channels.
• Position social media as a key driver of brand heat, cultural relevance, and business impact.
• Lead editorial and content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee agencies and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and creative consistency.
• Develop and execute a global community management strategy with a consistent tone of voice.
• Co‑define global paid‑social awareness and full‑funnel strategies with media teams.
• Identify and activate high‑impact KOLs, creators, and communities in collaboration with PR.
• Pilot emerging platforms, formats, and technologies such as AI‑generated content and social commerce.
