Senior Site Manager

About the role
The Senior Site Manager will lead daily operations at WWS Energies’ on‑shore projects in Gabon. The role ensures that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in full compliance with company standards, client specifications and applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site activities, monitoring progress against schedule and budget.
- Coordinate personnel, subcontractors and material resources to meet project objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety and environmental (HSE) performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry regulations and internal quality procedures.
Required profile
- Valid professional certificates relevant to site management.
- Proof of yellow‑fever vaccination.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Medical clearance to work on‑site.
