About the role
Join ChapsVision’s Enterprise Data & AI business unit as a Senior Sales Executive focused on German‑speaking markets. You will drive growth for flagship AI solutions across Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Nordic region, working closely with product, marketing, and partner teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territories.
- Target multiple industry verticals such as manufacturing, banking, life sciences, and automotive.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Contribute to sales messaging, industry events, and market awareness initiatives.
- Manage existing strategic accounts in life sciences, automotive, and manufacturing/industrial sectors.
- Provide regular reporting to sales leadership and help shape the strategic roadmap.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of enterprise sales experience with large accounts and international exposure.
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
