Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

Join BairesDev, a global leader in technology delivery, as a Senior Project Manager. You will lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching and, when necessary, disciplining team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and foster growth.
• Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• Manage financial objectives: forecast results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients and deliver added value to stakeholders.
• Support organizational efficiency by executing strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe.
