Senior Project Manager (Paris)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional projects in Paris. You will align project deliverables with the company’s broader business objectives, manage dependencies, and optimise resource allocation across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define program strategy, objectives and governance to ensure alignment with long‑term business goals.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, guiding Project Managers and collaborating with department heads such as Engineering, Product and Marketing.
• Identify, track and manage complex dependencies across workstreams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Proactively mitigate program‑level risks and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
• Oversee program budget and allocate financial and human resources efficiently.
• Serve as primary contact for executive sponsors, providing transparent updates on program health, milestones and ROI.
• Establish KPIs, conduct post‑program reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in project or program management, delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional enterprise programs.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
