Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Building Project Consultancy Department of an international corporate real estate advisory firm. Working within a multidisciplinary team of about 15 professionals, you will deliver technical audits, due diligence, and project management services for a diverse client base that includes banks, embassies, commercial offices, and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define client requirements in coordination with contracting authorities.
• Conduct technical assessments and diagnose building conditions.
• Support clients in outlining project needs, performing risk analysis, and proposing mitigation measures.
• Manage and coordinate feasibility and design studies.
• Assist in selecting design teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Draft, monitor, and administer contracts and agreements.
• Track project progress, schedules, budgets, and hand‑over processes.
• Oversee cost and schedule management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage construction‑related warranties and guarantees.
• Contribute to departmental assignments, including technical due diligence prior to acquisitions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree specializing in construction, civil, or building engineering (e.g., ESTP or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
• Strong listening and effective communication skills.
